Dear Sir/Madam,
I am customer of Idea from past 5 years, I had an offer for the simcard of 100 messages per day, and use to get lot of calls and messages from idea customer care for their promotional activities. Today when i was messaging i noticed that my 20 rs is being deducted from my account, i called up customer care service and spoke to Mr sathish where he said to me that my offer validity was over last month itself, i asked him that that you people do lot messages and calls why cant you send a message stating that the offer was over, then he was saying directly that 'WE WONT SENT ITS NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY WE HAVE TO CHECK IT SEEMS'.sir this sim was taken 5 years back and is it not their responsibility to inform the customer that the validity is over... then i asked him to connect me to his Senior person then he was not even bothered to do that saying an excuse like the manager is busy itseems, then i got angry and he just cut my call .please do the needful.
