I am Shiju Baby, I have been using the idea prepaid connection since last three and half years, now it seens registeration failled, now I am in Saudi, as per the conversation by the care offier, he said that if validity and cash balance above 75 INR, thre is no problem facing, my sim having cash balance more than 90 Rs and having validity seens upto november I could not get the roaming connectivity, now it seens registeration failled, I cannot under stand the thing, I am not satisfied, I want a solution, I want to re open the service, i am weighting for the required solution immediately, i dont like to cut the service so please start the service, I want a solution by mail.
