Hi,
I have been continuously troubled by Idea cellular customer care department for my documents submitted to continue the number
I submitted my documents and the bills to the idea executive because i went to the idea showroom where my documents were rejected because the documents weren't listed in the list given my IDEA
And this happened after confirming the documents 4 times from your customer care department
SO my issues as follows:
1) wrong information given to the customer (4 times)
2) Documents given to your idea executive has not yet been submitted and every day my calls are barred from morning till evening
Everytime i call your idea executive they cut my call or even if they pick up they hear my voice an dcut my call then
I have been facing this issue from two weeks now
Help needed urgently
