Sir, My complain was against wrong bill in continuous two month even inform them to deactivate all services which are never demanded by me. We done several reminder to waive-off unused amount by several e-mail & over by Phone, but till dated they not interested to resolve the problem. Detail of summery is as below, we have some reply from them if you required we can mail it.

We are waiting your reply for waive-off amount Rs 5500/= out of bill Rs 6769/= for the month of Aug (Bill Period 16th July to 15 Aug) & waive-off amount Rs 3000/= out of bill Rs 4162/= for the month of July (Bill Period 16th Aug to 15th Sep.) against prepared wrong billing as your Plane for my no 9690021631 the Max. limit of usage Rs 1000/=per month than is how to cross your given limit. As we may right no one service provider allow to cross his limit. Also I had never demand for GPRS in my No. then how to activated GPRS in my Phone. Many request by mail & by Phone but no satisfactory reply from your end till date, Pl resolve complaint immediately.
