My self Ravinder Singh and i am using IDEA no. 9855004580 from more then one years and i have applied for E-BILL facility from the begning. but till date i have not get any mobile bill at my mail not for even a single month and i have cal u to your customer complaint no so many time but i have not get your any reply after that i went to your office which is near to bela chowk ropar and i made a written complaint to you, Now this month i have got a call from your side to deposit RS 525 BILL but when i asked to your executive about my problem for not got my mobile bill. After with out solve my problem your company has barred my calls.
With out my Bill Statement how can i deposit my bill. Kindly solve my problem
