Dear Idea..
I have frequently noticing automatic deduction of charges from my prepaid account.
I have informed your customer care officials n number of times, asked them @ closing all the facilities (sms, club membersip blah blah) that would accompany when I recharge but it seems nothing is working out. It is extremely frustrating, annoying circumstances I have been facing. Please take up this issue ASAP and relieve us from such fraud.
