Alance deduction for unwanted value added services

Dear Sir,

i have idea prepaid no 9911152282.i am unable to understand why idea everytimes activated value added services (news, lovejunction, jokes etc.) even i never requested for the same.

is it a new way to earn money from customer whenever we call to cust care they use to tell that you must have requested for the same.

i have lost my money just for nothing... i am afraiding to recharge my account balance because as soon as i'll reacharge idea will start to deduct the money for these bull s**t value added services for those i never told them to activated.

this is my old no but i think if idea will be continued with these kind of nonsanse activities i have to quit from this subscriber.

although i have a near about 6yrs old postpaid no of idea celluler with me 9911965228.you can check my track i never entertained this kind of nonsense services... kindly help to get rid of this kind of unwanted problems & refund my lost money with these services.
