Idea prepaid connection
DOES IDEA GIVING SERVICE TO PREPAID NUMBER HOLDER AT FREE OF COST?

Dear sir,

I have purchase a IDEA no. 9669406187. the services of my number has been temporarily on hold since 27.03.2010 due to non deposit of document & Photo, i have been deposit my documents and photo on 29.03.2010 into SRL Infocom (Authorized Idea Office) Zone I Bhopal (M.P.)

Till today my number is not working i have deposit all necessary document. i am going daily to local Idea Office SRL Infocom (Authorized Idea Office) Zone I M.P. Nagar Bhopal

but they are not responding anything to me that why number is not working

and also replied several time they are giving services to prepaid number and they are not responsible to reply to prepaid number holder i have receive same answer several time

they are not giving any reply why my number is not working

due to this episode i am forwarding this email to all my friends network in orkut and face book and also my blog and they forwarding to everyone that idea not giving service to prepaid number holder

give me reply does prepaid number holder give money to you or not?

or you are providing service to prepaid number holder at free of cost?

or you are giving prepaid number in charity?

whatever the matter i need my why my number is not working i have deposit the document at twice time
