Idea / Pre-paid connection
Not active even after 1 week

I took this (9605853756) prepaid connection from Kottayam, Kanjikkuzhy, Idea office last Wednesday (7/7/10). But until now I am not able to make any outgoing calls. I contacted the office again yesterday morning, but the status remains the same. Since I need the connection urgently for my official work, kindly do the needful at the earliest. The required documents are already submitted at the office during the time of application.
