I m facing a problem of "Inability to send any message" to any no., whether it's of any connection, STD/Local no. Everytime, I try to send a message from my no.&-#039;9718035249', it displays a "Sending Failed" message. I have been registering my complaints for more than two weeks at Idea Customer Care also, but still the same problem exists. They are repeatedly sending me the 'Complaint registration no.s', without even solving it. Every time I am asked to wait for another three-four days. This is the WORST MOBILE SERVICE, I have ever seen, 'a MERE IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR' and all above&-#039;HOLDING AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE IN FOOLING CUSTOMERS'. Their Customer Care Executives argues with customers or simply disconnects the call, by saying&-#039;We are forwarding your call to our seniors.'
Being a customer, I see a hope for proper redressal of my complaint, at this space.
