Unauthorized balance deduction and rude customer service

My Cell No. 9990586703 & Automatically subscribed to Idea tv twice and idea calender. I want to unsubscribe it immediately. I requested many times with customer care service to deactivate but still it is not deactivated. It is a day robbery they are cheating the valuable customers. pls help me in this regard...
