Respected sir,
my name is Kamaljeet singh, and i am presently using IDEA services and my mobile no. is 9728025000, sir as per the new number portability service i wished to change my operator and i followed all the rules declared by TRAI .Sir, i am paying my bills on time and every time i requested for the change of operator IDEA telecom rejects my request saying that my bills are due, i have all the bill receipts and still they are not allowing me to change my operator, i even requested to change my postpaid connection to prepaid, they don't even did so.
Sir i request you to take an immediate action as all my attempts are in vein.
