Activate any job and deduct 30Rs from prepaid amount

Hello

i m Ankita Soni with mobile no 9372203113

on my mobile in last 1 days i got message from reliance that

"Your Subscription to job (Love Shairy) on phone service has been activated at 30 Rs..."

and the 30 rs is deducted from my mobile prepaid A/c.

after that i call reliance customer care(*333) and complaint abt this

they say sorry and unsubscripted the job on phone from my mobile but deducted amount

not came back.

plz help
