HELLO IDEA, i got a call from call centre from the number 9891954790 the girl named kanika explained me the plan 249 i accpted to change the service provider. after 3 day on 10th of sept a pick-up boy came to my house and took Rs 250, copy of my passport and copy of SIM from my existing service provider and gave me a part of form which specify my number 9873732170 and a SIM no. 89910483011124281624. he said that it would be activated in 48 hours. but after a week and n number of calls to kanika and her boss Amit 9891956042 i have got no responce now these numbers are not reachable. last discussion which i had with Amit was that he said that he will get the verification call done. however till date i have not got any call. when i visited your dwarka outlet Mr AJay over there said there is a possibility that it is a fraud as the charges for number portability is Rs 19 and not 250. and they do not have any record of this mobile number.
I called your call centre and marked mail as well. the reply i got is that "my number is not contatable" from Mr Praveen kumar i am taking more than 40 calls every day and after 8:00PM i a getting an email from you that i am not contactable.
if you have no records even after 1 week and people who have called to sell the plan have left this earth kindly lodge atleast an FIR that so many SIMs u have lost and many more people should not suffer because of this.
