GETTING BILL AFTER NON FUNCTIONING AND DISABLE THE SIM

DEAR SIR / MADAM

COMPLAINT ABOUT NON FUNCTIONING OF MODEM SIM FOR MORE THAN FOUR MONTHS BUT ALL MY REQUEST HAS GONE TO VAIN. HOWEVER, airtel BILL DEPARTMENT REGURALY SEND ME BILL inspite of nonfunctioning of services to the sim.. 91 99676 23172.

AIRTEL OFFICERS ARE HAVING VERY COMPLICENT ATTITUDE TOWARD PROBLEM, EVEN SOME 4 TIMES VISITED TO THEIR GALLARY ALL THE TIME I WAS ASSURED TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM, STILL NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN FOR MY PROBLEM.

I AM FED UP OF airtel services in India.
