Telephone Dead

Hi,

We have a telephone connection with BSNL with number 040/24740697 which was working ok till last week all of a sudden the telephone gone dead we registered the complaint 3 times and till now no action has taken place. I think BSNL is now no more concerned about their customers greivances.
