I want to complaint against the Service provider "Bharti Airtel". I have experience the worst with this firm. Plz do not go for Postpaid Connection with this firm as it earns the revenue on fake charges.
I have been charged Rs 650 on my no which are fake charges and the charges are charged for mess to special nos and fake premium call charges. The card is actually used by my mom who doesn kw how to mess from mobile. So thats proven tht the charges are fake. Wen i visited the Airtel Relationship centre "Andheri" they promised me as waiver and still the waiver is not given and shown as outstanding in my ac.
The concern is for the other no which is used by me i got a bill sayin outstanding of Rs453 and dere were no details regarding the usage of Rs 453.
I can definately afford to pay this amt but against paying fake amount is against my principles and values. We can just imagine hundreds of Indians Sleepin widout food but its better givin tht amt to those ppl rather than rubbish Bharti Airtel.
I request all ppl goin for connection in postpaid to plz do not apply for dis card as it charges fake amount in our bill
It is earning on our hard earned money and fooling us.
These ARC are usless and they have disconnected my no without any intimation.
Its a beggar firm..I pitty ppl who pay such bills without even confirming the Fake amounts which are charged in their bill
