Airtel trained C.Care to provide wrong info to Customers

Iam a prepaid customer from Bangalore, I have submitted my addressproof details while taking SIM initially, sim activated after 1.6 yrs of usage they are asking me to produce again addressproof, (barred service with out intemation) then submitted required docs in airtel Store, they told with 24hrs service will activate, not done gavea complaint, waited till it resolve... still waiting.now telling am submitted wrong details... which is not fair...

Each time i made a call they are not providng solutions, instead they gave answers to our questions and convince the customer..very cheated guys well trained from airtel... so frustrted with their services for my issue... going to change the Service and never ever trake Airtel againn...

Wil give a complaint in Consumer court rega same... as all calls ther will be recorded in airtel server..so i can say strongly what the C.care told promised and never done the slution to the issue...
