Wrong charge

Dear Sir,

i am using tata indicom prepaid mobile for the last 5 years and now i am having great problem to continue with it. from the last 3 months some Cricket Score, Astrology and Recipe services has activated in my mobile by its own. i can assure you that I HAVE NOT ACTIVATED those services. i dont know how these services has activated in my mobile and the charges are 30 rs for each of them. for me 30 rs is not a matter of joke. i have requested customer care executives several times to deactivate all sms service and calls which are coming from tata indicom. but still now they have not done anything and i am receiving calls and messages. in these 3 months i have lost my 90 rs for nothing and it was not my fault. can you take any step against this?? you are a big company and 90rs is nothing for you, but for me it is a big deal. but you people are making me a unhappy customer. i am really fade up with this thing.. continuously 3 months!! its really making me sick..

please do something about it.
