I month ago, I purchased two prepaid with life time validity connection 9501666904 and 9501666905. Now after one month on 9501666905 company has barred incoming and outgoing call when i enquire about the same then they told me that your connection is permanently disconnected due to non usage.
And regarding 9501666904 yesterday company has barred outgoing and when i enquire about the same they told that your document are pending. I visited Airtel Relationship Centre to submit document by today they deny to accept my document and told me that both of your connection are permanently disconnected.
Now I hereby request you to help me in this regard.
