Prepaid connection blocked without any reason and information

Dear Sir /Madam

This is to inform you that i have been a customer of Tata Docomo Mob no 9506130005 since In 2011 i have taken postpaid connection through MNP then i converted this postpaid in to prepaid connection.i requested for this process in 30June I have submitted all the required documents to Mr abhijeet who was the concern person of Tata Docomo, Civil lines kanpur office. But this no is not functioning from July.

I ask for this trouble from the customer care services they did not give good response and satisfying answer.my no has been blocked without any information and that's why i had to bear great loss in my business for this my business contact no,

timely, take this matter seriously and all my problems asap
