Efund my security deposit of postpad

I am the post pad customer of airtel since last 5 year and till continue migrated from post pad to prepaid dated 15.09.2009 .till date i have not recived my secuirity deposit and the company regurarly stopped my service to produce the id proof.i have completed it 3 times before again same one.i requast u to kindly active my service.
