Egarding non- installiation of MW towers & not starting of monthly rental

I made an agreement with Indus towers. ltd. for installation of MW towers at my premises in july. In this process WATEEN MOBILE INFRASTRUCTURE PVT. LTD., NEW DELHI has done Site Acquisition work. the company has fixed monthly rental of Rs. 4550=00. But, from that date so far neither company has turned out to make tower at my premises nor monthly rental has been started so far. I frequently tried to make contact and several time send mail but, so far they are not taking this matter seriously. My monthly rental is also pending from last 9 months.
