Complaint agianst worst Service

Dear Tata Team

This is to be informed you that i have submit my TATA BILL for Full & Final on 28-12-09 & was promissed by Tata Indicom that Full & final will be despatched to your address after two or three days but here is happening reversed. Instead of Full & Final, i am recieving call for remitting the bill of Jan'2010 as well.

Please let me know how this is possible that Security has been adjusted to my account on 29-12-09 & my connection is activated till date. even i had confirmed with customer care in Dec'09that my connection is deactivated & no bill will generate in future. But now your agents of collection who calls on behalf of you are asking to remitt the bill.

first tell me without secuirty how my connection is activated.

Even Customer care has told me that Rs.93 will be write off from your account.

Please do the needful to take action.
