Broadband is not working in speed as per plan taken. From the last 4 months we are regularly complaining but our problem is not resolved till date. Our landline BSNL No. is 2545104. We have changed our plan for 7.2mbps speed but speed is not as per mentioned in your plan whereas you are charging higher rent in comparison to our previous plan. As such we request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the matter immediately failing which we will be compelled to go to consumer court to recover excess chages charged by you by mentioning false representation in your plan.
