Customer care giving no information about my mobile even after 2 months of submitting

In my mobile there was a problem "NO ACCESS TO NETWORK".i have submitted mine mobile phone on 17 sep 2010. even it, s going to be near about 2 month. i have got no informatio about my mobile phone.when i call to customer care they says we will inform you but no call or information is providde by them and when i ask them to give me your head office number they refuse to give and they also try to give excuses.my workorder number is 430 and service center is
