Dear sir i purchased karboon mobile k570 model from pujara telecom from rajkot in month of february. in month of july there was a touch screen problem n i visited authorised service station of karboon mobile i got reply that there was a big problem i have to send it io banglore for replacement but from till i didnt got any satisfactory answer from them even talking with his technition several times.
this mobile purchased on my wife name jalpa joshi and till time it is in wearranty period. kinldy give me gudience for that issue.
