TATA INDICOM MOBILE SERVICE Complaints - voice chat pack activated without my request

my number is 9254791545

I received sms regarding voice chat pack activated in mobile but I haven't applied for such service. When contact customer care no information was provided to me that when and how it was activated

I had also sent many mails to their nodal officer to solve my problem but the problem is still pending.

Complaint number was 141566

So The last solution i found is

Not to pay my all Tata bills this month and going to disconnect the Numbers.
