Tata Indicom / Tata Photon whiz
No solution of comlaint

I was purchase a tata photon whiz on 19 feb. I use it but its not working so i comlaint about it dated 21 feb on tata customercare 121 4 times but solution was given there. So i comlaint on Nodal officer 9254000555 4 times but also there was no solution...

There is network problem also...
