we got the connection on 22nd august but since then we are not able to use the broad band as there was no connection after several complaints no one came to attend to the call.
finally we personally visited the office the j.e came and got the line cleared on 17th of september and we get full bill for the whole month.
where as we have not used even a single day.
kindly rectify the bill and do the needful
