REIMBURSEMENT OF SECURITY DEPOSIT AND TELEPHONE BIIL CREDITED THROUGH ECS

I permanently surrendered my land line telephone on 04th December ’09 vide “Case Mark No: BKP/DL/09-10/1163 Dt: 04/12/09”.

The hand set (instrument) of land line has also been submitted to the concerned BSNL / Lalkuthi More, BKP on 10/12/09.

Notwithstanding the above, Telephone bill for the period of 30/11/09 to 31/12/09 Dt: 05/02/10 has been issued for payment through ECS, immediately, on receipt of bill I brought this matter into the notice of local AAOTR/Barrackpore vide my application dt: 23/02/10. and sent a Fax to you also.

Despite the above, said bill amount has been deducted from SBI/Ichapur A/C. More over security deposit consequent on surrender of telephone has also not yet been returned.

The case oof aforesaid rental bill deducted through ECS and reimburse security deposit has not yet been disposed which indicate poor co-ordination within BSNL parivar and poor mechanism of work.
