Below mentioned e-mail conversation with officials of AXIS Bank Ltd. and IRCTC is self explanatory but offiicals of AXIS Bank Ltd. are least bothered to take prompt action whereas IRCTC people has taken prompt action.
AXIS Bank officials are not crediting RS. 1410 in my savings account.
Your kind intervention is required in this matter urgently for crediting of Rs.1410/- in my account.

This is the worst class of service I am facing as earlier 02 days ago I my account was debited for Rs. 5000/- without any transaction and still that matter is pending with your bank and no officials from your bank even bothered to revert back.
It is requested to investigate the matter and revert back.
