Dear sir/Madam,
I had taken SMS services from Krishna communication, Ahmedabad, Gujarath by paying RS 1200/- for sending Bulk sms services. Initially few sms went fine, thereafter I do not receive sms or only few portion of sms is received. I called them and told them my problem. They are telling only one word that everything is find. They are not ready to solve my problem or refund my amount. whay shall I do?
