Outgoing service has been barred

My 9832993077 the outgoing service has been barred.

I have already visit below mention Reliance Mobile Store as on 22-08 evening at 7.10 pm with my document

But receptionist said they are unable to do anything about this problem

Receptionist refers to me below mention address.

Reliance Mobile Store, KHARIDA MAIN ROAD, KHARAGPUR, Pin -721301

Next day (23-08) morning at 11.30 am I visit this address with my document. But receptionist said they are unable to do anything about this problem.

I have already mail to Reliance Customer Care [email protected]

But problem not solved.

Now please guide me what is my next step.
