My Telephone Number : 4 2 6 2 1 8 7 Area code 0824 . I had given ECS request on 5th December To V-Care communications Door .4-1 -160/59, 60, 83, 84. Saibeen Complex, Lal bagh MANGALORE 575004 a Franchise firm (I am not quite sure as they have not exibitted any board to that effect). I was told by them that my December month bill which I would receive in 1st week of January would be debitted to my account through ECS. Again when I received the bill in January with out mention of my ECS request on it, I was surprised & contacted customer care on 121 (which is again not your office, but a out side ageny handing your customer related work) & they told me that they have not received my ECS application. When I approched your Frenchise unit in Lalbhag Mangalore to know the fate on my ECS application I was told by them that there is a cooling period of 45 days & hence I have to pay December month bill & January month bill will definatly debitted to my account through ECS . Accordingly said bill is paid by me. When I demanded ackowledgement for having received my ECS application they refused to do so. They say there is no system of giving acknowledgement. They do not have any record of forwarding register. I do not know how to approch you in this regard as you do not have any branch of your own. I seems all your outlets are frenchise ones. Please look in to the matter. Remember It only make us think of go back to BSNL.
