Outgoing calls and blackberry services deactivated

I have a postpaid mobile connection and blckberry subscription from an airtel outlet on Whitefield Main Road, near Forum Value Mall, Bangalore.the agent had filled in the wrong address in my application form.the airtel executive has gone to that address and called me on my landline. I had to clarify that it was not my address.as a result the outgoing calls and bberry services have been discontinued since Monday.reason being failure to verify address. I met the my agent at airtel.after a 2 day delay, he got back saying I have to come in and take a new simcard and new number as the other one will be discontinued. I have then taken and paid for another new number. I was told I could adjust the earlier payment against the first bill. Its been 3 days now and the new sim is not provisioned yet. The agent has said it will be done within 12 hours. I have said if not they have to give me a full refund. The old number in the meantime is still open to incoming calls and rceiving smss.would like this to be resolved asap. I have given the number in my children's school and all other contacts such as bank etc. The mobile number that has been blocked is 9686400599.
