My name is Mukesh, I had a pre paid connection of IDEA having no. 9891120675, Few days back i received a call from Ashish (IDEA office or DSA don't know) abt change my connection pre paid to post paid. i had applied for post paid connection of IDEA on 06/02 and submitted the documents and Rs. 250. After 2 days a received call from IDEA that u have applied for post paid connection. I told each n every thing abt my address and ID proof which was i had given to that feild executive. Few hours later FE (feild Executive) called me and confirm the address. i had given the proper address with Land mark, he (FE) told me that he will come after 6 PM, i said OK, i waited him but he had not come... After 2 days again i had received the call from the IDEA that u have applied for post paid connection.. i said Yes.. and i had also told her the hole incident of 2 days back day. So she replied that our FE will come this evening.. i waited but no one come... So after 2 days of this incident again receives the call from IDEA around 6:10 pm that you have applied for post paid connection i said " YES but, why u people not activating my number, each an every time u confirm my address but your FE is not coming for verfication, why i confirm my address again n again, u have my address i said, wht problems u have ". She replied ok we will call u tomorrow. then no one calls me after that. when i had call to Ashish, who had given me perposal for pre paid to post paid (9716704075), Ashish told me he had resigned from IDEA.. u call to Madhu (9540453744) and i had call Madhu... Madhu told me that u r verifications showing Negetive 3 times, i said that no one had come to check my address, she replied me that, she will call me tomorrow after confirming the incident or hole matter and she told me that she works for IDEA of E-26, Noida, Sector - 53 Address... So to whom i will Complaint for this?? Please tell me...
