Phone becomes dead

Dear Sir,

My Land line telephone of no. 079 27495212 is frequentely stops its working. In last one month it happens 6 times, Every time I am complainds with the local authority on phone no 07927431200, after that they are attainding it & again it stops the working on the same day or in a day or two while at that time when phone become dead The Internate works properly. This also I communicated to the concern authorities.roday Also they had attainded the phone but again it has become dead & cross connection also occuring with the phone no 079 27497630 (Probably)

requested to please look in the matter & solve the problem permanentely.
