Unable to unsub 58888 (WAP service)

Dear sir,

We are having two BSNL mobile connections bearing numbers 9488200035 and 9488200043 on 3G conversion. Even before the conversion we started receiving continuous messages from 58888 and it was renewed automatically. Even after we have contact the customercare and they assured that we wont be receiving messages in future but even after that still now we are receiving the same messages and renewals. Now we are unable to recharge or topup our balance because of this deductions for renewals. We are unable to topup for the past 2 months and also 9488200043 is going on minus balance. Please kindly arrange to do the needful to rectify the problem. For example: last time the above said number was recharged for Rs.100 and actually we are able to use the mobile for Rs.9.00 only.the remaining amount was detected as renewal of subscription and cost for UNSUB message. Because of this we have not recharged our mobile number till date.
