Espected sir/mam
sir i dadaso b. jadhav customer of loop mobile service provider, sir i have loop gsm card no. 9821996114. in this connection loop company deduct Rs.44 from my loop mobile balance saying that renewed live aarti scheme but this not activated from my site so what are the charges for reactivation, this matter i suffering 4 times same . loop company four time deducted for same time i complaint registered with loop customer care from customer care officer take a commitment for refund of deducted amount but not single time i received deducted amount.
write now i just 3.15 (dated 27 jun) received massage for the same.
