I am using the Tata Photon Plus datacard (dongle) from November. The day I had taken the connection i am facing speed issue. Earlier These tata guys promised me like i will be getting some speed around 3.2MBPS, but i never got speed more than some Kbps. I have lodged complain many times, all the times their technical team promised like issue will be resolved, but in vein. Still the last month i had paid the full bill around 950/- INR per month, but now i am fade up with this kind of cheating and fraud activity they are doing with me so i stopped paying. Now they are harassing me making random phone calls and sending mails asking for the money. But what should i pay for?? the service i never used for that how many times i have to pay and regret. This kind of cheat activity should be stopped without any fail. I have all the mails and proofs with me showing i had not used not more than 1 GB a month and they charge for 5 GB unlimited plan. So my Ernest request to look into this matter.
