Dear sir / madam,
last month i lost my mobile. got new sim card from dombivali store they told me that i need to pay rs 100 at that store and will not get any further charge on bill for reactivation and i did that.
now when i got the bill i've been charged Rs. 100/- as activation charge and the customer care (what care bloody careless) told that they both are right and they cant get any complaint registered against ombivali branch
