Sir,
With due respect i want to state that its quite surprising, that many complaints which has been mailed in internet are related to Internet Speed. As for me also, i have been using whiz for the past one month and the speed of surfing and downloading is hopeless. I know it doesn't makes a difference for the service provider, because once there business is done then the consumer satisfaction is not at all taken care off.
So, please whoever representing this company and visiting this site, please take care of the above mentioned speed related issue.
