This has rediculous part of yours..Worst service..
11th Aug :
8am: Hello tune Activation
8.30am: "SRH" tone where i recieved code like "0180000164 1500 2089.12.31"
This, i thot was some wierd number..so called 198 where "RAJESWARY" attended me i asked her to again confirm it..She said it is fine jus add "SET" before it and send it.
I got reply as "Invalid Code"
9am: Had talk with "Taariq Khan". no proper response. He said will tranfer call to senior but than disconnected.
But before that taariq told me "Sir, We are soory for Inconvienience but Just type that First 10 Digit of Recvd code."
9.30am: Called again. This time "Nikita G". She was Wierd when it comes to Communication with Customers. My call then was transfered to Senoir named "Priya Wagh" She took my Complaint @ 9.51am (Docket Sr no: 130818732 and Said will be back in 4 working hours. Now You can check out what time it is.
3.40pm: again gave call to 198. This time "Pooga Shah"..i repeated the whole story of mine (as usual) than she said she is tranferring the call but discconected.
3.55pm: again 198.this time "Yadav Ram". Again repeated the whole story and asked to transfer the call but Says " All Senoirs busy"
Is this what we get for paid service??
Really Disaapointing the way "Nikita G" and "yadav Ram" were talking.
This is not just matter of Few rupees but Frustration which is generated by disaapointing service.
Hope a Positive and QUICK reply atleast from you.
