We applied for a BSNL connection on 3rd May and till date, we have to receive any response (leave aside connection) from BSNL. Upon inquiring about the status many a times, we get a response that they cannot give the connection, as they dont have capacity!! Then why did they accept the application form of deposit money?? Can anyone help!!
