Disconnection of my mobile

On 20th May at 8.30 AM, I did refilling for my pre-paid mobile and till 9.45 AM, 21st May (25 hours later), my connection is still not on, thus I am neither receiving nor able to make calls from my mobile. This is after assurance from Customer Care on 20th noon that connection will be on soon. Now, when I am calling Customer Care, no one comes on line.
