I am a subscriber of BSNL service and a native of PIlani (Rajasthan). Since July my land line phone has got more than ten times. It has once again got dead. I am really fed up with the services of the BSNL. The position has become worse after the company has done underground cabling. It is really a matter of great concern, not only to me but to the other subscribers of BSNL also. How can a public sector company can afford to do this in this age of fierce competition when all the other private companies are eying on the market to capture it.
I have been trying to register my complaint at phone no. 198 but no body is picking it since 28.8.2007. I have started thinking of giving up this facility and opting for s0me mobile/cellular service.
