This is forwarding because of the irresponsibility and non-responsiveness of the BSNL authorities, even the complaint has been raised to the Assistant General Manager, BSNL, Thiruvananthapuram through his e-mail, [email protected]
I am working abroad, my land line telephone number (0470) 2631096 is out of order for more than a month (since 2nd March) has not been rectified even if the complaint registered immediately to the concerned section (Avanavanchery section). Further complaints over telephone and as written had been forwarded many times.
My family has been put up the complaint many times and the duty emploees are saying many excuses that the insufficiancy of employees and now they are informed one of the concerned technician is sick so when ever he comes back on duty will try to rectify the problem, until then my family has to wait. Unfortunately nobody from the concerned authority could even look on the problem to resolve.
My family is used to call me (Angola) over my land line and since the complaint noted, I am facing such problems and my family is afraid off the communication problem which still remains. I have already been remitted the telephone rent for the whole year in advance. I can't have any other options to contact my family, so you may please take this complaint seriously and help to resolve.
