Re-charged through ECS but still not recharged

Dear Sir / Madam,

My Cell One Mobile number is 9444405856, yesterday (02nd Aug'10) I have recharged Rs 300.00 through ECS, but still I havent received any SMS about the recharge, when I checked with the concern vendor, he told already he had recharged the same and ask us to contact customer care.
