I am having a WLL land line connection with above number. A lot of complaints have been made about signal problem resulting into problems in outgoing as well as incoming calls. I have requested for give me a cabled connection which the officials refused due to shortage of 'pair'. When my neighbors having cable connection enjoying reception and transmission of calls throughout the day, I am deprived of the same. I am desperate since I am/my family has missed several calls during important and vital occasions. I have made several complaints and thankful with the occasional actions of the BSNL authorities and their 'consolations'. Will the corporation take action to ensure that I get worth of the bill I am paying to them
